tāṃ sambhaviṣyann āhāmo 'ham asmi sā tvaṃ sā tvam asy amo 'ham
sā mām anuvratā bhūtvā prajāḥ prajanayāvahai
ehi sambhavāvahā iti /
Being about to unite with her, he said: 'Ama am I, Sā are you; Sā are you, Ama am I. Being devoted to me, let us two generate offspring! Come, let us unite!'
