Moreover they say: 'The trivṛt stoma is indeed fire.' Just as one would burn down dry twigs gathered together with fire, so indeed with that fire, the trivṛt stoma, bringing them near on both sides with the two thirty-three-fold [stomas], they burned them. Fleeing in all directions, they approached this [earth]. Thence the gods became [victorious], and the Asuras were ruined. He thrives himself, and his hateful rival is ruined, who knows thus. Moreover they say: 'One desiring the office of domestic priest should sacrifice with this, namely the Abhibhū.' Its two trivṛt [stomas] are on both sides, and the two thirty-three-fold in the middle. Brahman is the trivṛt, and lordship is the thirty-three-fold. By means of brahman he encloses lordship on both sides. When he encloses lordship with brahman, then he attains its priesthood. He attains the priesthood; they place him at the head. Moreover they say: 'One desiring internal security should sacrifice with this, namely the Vinutti.' Its two trivṛt [stomas] are in the middle, and the two thirty-three-fold on both sides. Brahman is the trivṛt, and lordship is the thirty-three-fold. By means of lordship he encloses brahman on both sides. When he encloses brahman with lordship, then he stands in internal security. He stands in internal security; he is not defeated in internal security. Moreover they say: 'These two stomas are indeed two kings, king-stomas.'
