2-8.298

These casts of a peg are indeed the strides of the heavenly world. They proceed striding along the strides of that very heavenly world. They proceed slaying and shouting. That which is slain and shouted at is indeed the form of strength. They proceed along the Sarasvatī. The Sarasvatī is speech; speech is the path leading to the gods. Along the path leading to the gods they proceed. They proceed upstream. The heavenly world is indeed, as it were, upstream. They reach that very heavenly world. They proceed northeastward. The heavenly world is indeed, as it were, northeastward. To that very heavenly world they proceed ascending. They proceed as far as Plakṣa Prāsravaṇa. That indeed is the end of speech, namely Plakṣa Prāsravaṇa. Where the end of speech is, there is the heavenly world. To that very heavenly world they go.
