mantreṇa tamāghārayati | yaḥ śiro yajñasya vāgghi mantraḥ śīrṣṇo hīyamadhi vāgvadati
With a formula he makes that libation which is the head of the sacrifice; for the formula is speech, and from the head this speech sounds.
