sa prekṣate | aganma svariti devā vai svaraganma devānityevaitadāha saṃ jyotiṣābhūmeti saṃ devairabhūmetyevaitadāha
He then looks towards the east. The east, indeed, is the region of the gods: for this reason he looks towards the east.
