aṃsadaghnā bhavati aṃsayorvā idaṃ śiraḥ pratiṣthitam tadaṃsayorevaitaciraḥ pratiṣṭhāpayati
It is shoulder-high, for on the shoulders this head is set: he thus sets the head upon the shoulders.
