tadu hovāca jīvalaścailakiḥ | garbhamevāruṇiḥ karoti na prajanayatīti sa etenaiva sāyaṃ juhuyāt
But Gîvala Kailaki said, 'Âruni merely causes conception to take place, not birth: let him therefore offer with that (text, in par. 32) in the evening.
