pūṣṇā raṃhyā iti | eṣa vai pūṣṇo raṃhiretasmā u hi gṛhṇāti tasmādāha pūṣṇo raṃhyā iti

'For the speed of Pûshan,'--Pûshan's speed, forsooth, is yonder (wind), and for that he takes it: hence he says, 'For the speed of Pûshan.'
