sa upayajati | samudraṃ gaca svāhetyāpo vai samudra āpo reto reta evaitatsiñcati
He offers the by-offerings with (Vâg. S. VI, 21), 'Go thou to the sea, Hail!' The sea is water, and seed is water: he thereby casts seed.
