athojjitīḥ | juhoti vā vācayati vā yadi juhoti yadi vācayati samāna eva bandhuḥ
He then either offers, or makes him pronounce (the formulas of) the Uggiti oblations. Whether he offers or makes him pronounce (the formulas), the significance is the same.
