tā vai dvināmnyo bhavanti | dvandvaṃ vai vīryaṃ vīryavatyaḥ suvāntā iti tasmāddvināmnyo bhavanti
They are double-named, for a coupling means strength: 'May the strong quicken (him),' thus he thinks, and therefore they are double-named.
