tisro dhenūrhotre | bhūmā vai tisro dhenavo bhūmā hotā tasmāttisro dhenūrhotre
Three milch cows (he gives) to the Hotri;--for three milch cows mean abundance, and the Hotri means abundance: therefore (he gives) three milch cows to the Hotri.
