tāṃ vā etām | ekaṃ satīmaṣṭāgṛhītāmaṣṭābhiryajurbhirjuhoti tasmādiyamekā satyaṣṭadhāvihitā
Now that same (libation of ghee), while being a single one, he offers as an eightfold one with eight formulas: whence this ('invincible' brick), while being a single one, is eightfold appointed.
