athainām paryāvartayati | avyathamānā pṛthivyāmāśā diśa āpṛṇetyavyathamānā tvam pṛthivyāmāśā diśo rasenāpūrayetyetat
He then turns it (the fire-pan) round, with. 'Not tottering upon the earth, fill the regions, the quarters!'--that is, 'not tottering, fill thou with sap the regions and quarters on earth!'
