tadvā ātmaivokhā | yonirmuñjāḥ śaṇā jarāyūlvaṃ ghṛtaṃ garbhaḥ samit
Now the fire-pan is the body, the reed-grass (fuel) the womb, the hemp the inner membrane, the ghee the outer membrane, and the kindling-stick the embryo.
