sakthyāvanuṣṭubhaḥ | tā anantarhitā jagatībhya upadadhātyanantarhite tacroṇibhyaṃ sakthyo dadhāti
Anushtubhs are the thighs: he places them close to the Gagatîs, and thereby places the thighs close to the hips.
