yadveva pratyavarohati | etadvā etadetānrudrānita ūrdhvānprīṇāti tānpunaramuto 'rvācaḥ
And., again, as to why he descends. He then (in the preceding oblations) gratifies those Rudras from hence upwards; he now does so again from thence hitherwards.
