mádhor asmi mádhutaro madúghān mádhumattaraḥ |
mā́m ít kíla tváṃ vánāḥ śā́khāṃ mádhumatīm iva ||4||
Than honey am I sweeter (mádhu), than the honey-plant more honeyed; of me verily shalt thou be fond (? van), as of a honeyed branch.
