nī́lenaivā́priyaṃ bhrā́tr̥vyaṃ prórṇoti lóhitena dviṣántaṃ vidhyatī́ti brahmavādíno vadanti ||8||
With the blue he envelops (pra-vṛ) a hostile cousin, with the red he pierces one hating him [—he who knows thus]: so say the theologians (brahmavādín).
