sū́ryo mā́hnaḥ pātv agníḥ pr̥thivyā́ vāyúr antárikṣād yamó manuṣyèbhyaḥ sárasvatī pā́rthivebhyaḥ ||4||
Let the sun protect me from the sky, Agni from the earth, Vāyu from the atmosphere, Yama from men (manuṣyà), Sarasvatī from them of the earth.
