yā́ hŕ̥dayam uparṣánty anutanvánti kī́kasāḥ |
áhiṃsantīr anāmayā́ nír dravantu bahír bílam ||14||
They that rush unto the heart, that stretch along the vertebrae—not injuring etc. etc.
