sa̱tyenotta̍bhitā̱ bhūmi̱ḥ sūrye̱ṇotta̍bhitā̱ dyauḥ |
ṛ̱tenā̍di̱tyās ti̍ṣṭhanti di̱vi somo̱ adhi̍ śri̱taḥ ||
TRUTH is the base that bears the earth; by Sûrya are the heavens sustained. By Law the Âdityas stand secure, and Soma holds his place in heaven.
