2.13

prāṇasyedaṃ vaśe sarvaṃtridive yatpratiṣṭhitam
māteva putrānrakṣasva śrīśca prajñāṃ ca vidhehi na iti

13. This whole world is in the control of Life—
E'en what is established in the third heaven!
As a mother her son, do thou protect [us]!
Grant to us prosperity (śrī) and wisdom (prajñā)!'
