pūrvabhāge suṣumnāyā rākāyāḥ saṃsthitā kuhūḥ |
adhaścordhvaṃ sthitā nāḍī yāmyanāsāntamiṣyate || 18 ||
In the front part of suṣumnā, kuhū stands up to rākā; / the channel situated below and above is held to extend to the right nostril. || 18
