janalokas tu hṛdaye kaṇṭhadeśe tapas tataḥ /
bhruvor lalāṭamadhye tu satyaloko vyavasthitaḥ //
In its heart is situate the Janoloka; the ṭapoloka in its throat, and the Saṭyaloka in the centre of the forehead between the eyebrows.
