Meaning: O young woman, that is, one in fresh youth! If, that is, should it be; where, that is, in which syllabic metre; the fourth, that is, fourth, [and] the fifth syllable should be light, that is, short; [then,] O deer-eyed one, that is, one with restless eyes!
