Meaning: "O woman who discloses her intention!" in the vocative to one by whom the intention, the personal desire, has been manifested, made clear; "if"—in case; "first"—the first; "quarter-verse"—line (should be) like indravajrā; "the other"—the remaining; "three"—second, third, and fourth quarter-verses, lines (should be) like upendravajrā; "that"—this; "by the wise"—by a learned person; "declared"—stated; "ākhyānakī with an inverted beginning"—it would be viparītākhyānakī.
