Construal: O woman delighted with musk! Where the first four syllables are not light, the sixth and seventh also [are not light], likewise, O woman whose thighs have the charm of a plantain stem! the two before the sixteenth, the two after the sixteenth, and the final two [are not light]; if, O maiden, a caesura is observed at the sages, the sages, and the sages; O woman of graceful limbs, that celebrated [metre] is proclaimed by venerable prince-poets as sragdharā. 43.
