ityevaṃ vihitaṃ ṣoḍaśe varṣe godānakarma saśikhaṃ vāpayate \
Thus prescribed, in the sixteenth year [occurs] the ceremony of the gift of a cow; he has [himself] shaved together with the lock of hair.
