yavamatībhir adbhiḥ prokṣed aṣṭakāyai tvā juṣṭāṃ prokṣāmī 'ti.

Let him sprinkle (the cow) with water in which barley is, with (the words), 'Agreeable to the Ashtakâ I sprinkle thee.'
