caturgṛhītaṃ ājyaṃ gṛhītvā 'ṣṭarcaprathamayā juhuyād agnāv agnir iti.

Taking a fourfold portion of Âgya he should sacrifice it with the first of the eight Rikas, 'Entering into fire, the fire' (MB. II, 2, 9-16).
