āgāraṃ prāpyāthaināṃ saṃśāsti \ dakṣiṇaṃ pādamagretihara dehaliṃ mādhiṣṭhāḥ \ iti \6\
When (the bridegroom with his bride) has come to his house, he says to her, 'Cross (the threshold) with thy right foot first; do not stand on the threshold.'
