sumanasaḥ pratigṛhṇāti \ yā āharajjamadagniḥ śraddhāyai medhāyai kāmāyendriyāya \ tā ahaṃ pratigṛhṇāmi yaśasā ca bhagena ceti \23\

He takes flowers with (the formula), '(The flowers) which Gamadagni has brought for the sake of faith (has brought to Sraddhâ?), of love, of the senses, them I take with glory and with fortune.'
