so 'pi vāyvātmako jñeyo mṛdumandadivākaraḥ | pariveṣo 'lpaphalado vātavṛṣṭiḥ pravṛṃhate ||

That [halo] is also to be known as wind-natured, with the sun soft and dim; / the halo yields little fruit, [while] wind and rain increase.
