mā ca cārabhaṭe dadyān mā ca dadyāt purohite | mā ca kāṇe virūpe ca kuṣṭhivyaṅge tathaiva ca ||
One should not give it to a spy or a soldier, nor should one give it to the royal domestic priest; / nor to one who is one-eyed, deformed, leprous, or mutilated in limb.
