kiñcidyo nabhasaḥ svāṃsād bāhuṃdṛṣṭiṃ nipātayet
prasārya cāṅgulīḥ sarvāścālayet karamaṇḍalam

Lowering one's arm and gaze slightly from one's shoulder into the space [before], / and extending all the fingers, one should move the circle of the hand.
