tathā māvyastu tālavyo na kampaḥ svarasaṃjñakaḥ
sa tālavyo bhavetkampaḥ ejatauti nidarśanam

So also, the palatal is to be considered, not a tremor bearing the name of tone; / that palatal becomes a tremor; ejatauti is the example.
