yāṃs tu saṃbhavino dharmān antarṇīya prayujyate
śabdas teṣāṃ na sāṃnidhyaṃ niyamena vyapekṣate //

However, the word-sound does not necessarily require the presence of those properties
which, though possible, it includes internally when applied.
