Regarding *jakṣityādayaḥ ṣaṭ* (P. 6.1.6): *jakṣ* is a separate word. By the word *iti*, only the verbal root *jakṣ* is referred to. "Those of which *iti* [i.e., *jakṣiti*] is the first" is a bahuvrīhi not including its own components; hence he states: "six other verbal roots". [Thus end the stems] ending in *t*.
