ūñca nīca kou na pahicāna. dhanī daridrī bhae samāna.
cori dhāri dīsai kahũ nā̃hi. yaũ hī apabhaya loga ḍarā̃hi. //

No one distinguished between high and low; rich and poor appeared the same. / Yet neither theft nor banditry was seen anywhere; people were frightened merely by an imaginary terror.
