paṭa-gaṭharī rākhī tisa mā̃hi. nitya nakhāse āvahi jā̃hi.
bastra beci jaba lekhā kiyā. byāja-mūra dai ṭoṭā diyā. //

He kept the bundles of cloth inside it, and daily went to and from the market. / When he had sold the cloth and settled the account, after paying the principal with interest, he incurred a loss.
