taba cupa bhayau Banārasī, kou na jānai bāta.
kathā kahai baiṭhau rahai, bīte māsa cha-sāta. //

Then Banārasī fell silent, and no one knew of the matter.
He would recite the story and remain seated; six or seven months passed in this way.
