kīnaũ dukhī daridrī bhekha. līnaũ ūbaṭa pantha adekha.
nadī gā̃u bana parabata ghūmi. āe nagara Jaunapura-bhūmi. //

He took on the garb of a distressed and destitute beggar, and took an unpaved, unseen path. / Wandering past rivers, villages, forests, and hills, he came to the land of the city of Jaunpur.
