1.144

pāñcajanyaṃ hṛṣīkeśo devadattaṃ dhanaṃjayaḥ
pauṇḍraṃ dadhmau mahāśaṅkhaṃ bhīmakarmā vṛkodaraḥ
parī to mahāghoṣū thoru |
gājata ase gaṃhiru |
jaisā udailā lopī dinakaru |
nakṣatrṃteṃ ||

And that mighty roar was immense / and echoed deep and solemn, / just as the rising sun eclipses / the stars.
