tayāvarī hoya jitukeṃ |
teṃ maraṇa hE varī nikeṃ |
prī yeṇeṃ kalmaṣeṃ |
cāḍa nāhīṃ ||

Whatever death might ensue from that / would be far better; / but there is no desire / for this sin.
