he boloni devo hāṃsile |
hāṃsoni dekhaṇiyā mhaṇitaleṃ |
āmhīṃ viśvarūpa tarī dāvileṃ |
pari na dekhasīca tūṃ ||
Saying this, the Lord smiled; / smiling, He said to the beholder: / 'I indeed showed the universal form, / but you do not see it at all.'
