12.76

ye tu sarvāṇi karmāṇi mayi saṃnyasya matparāḥ
ananyenaiva yogena māṃ dhyāyanta upāsate
karmeṃdriyeṃ sukheṃ |
karitī karmeṃ aśekheṃ |
jiyeṃ kāṃ varṇaviśekheṃ |
bhāgāṃ ālīṃ ||

With their organs of action, with ease, / they perform all actions completely / that fall to their lot / according to the distinction of their caste,
