16.314

etāṃ dṛṣṭim avaṣṭabhya naṣṭātmāno 'lpabuddhayaḥ
prabhavanty ugrakarmāṇaḥ kṣayāya jagato 'hitāḥ
āṇi īśvarāciyā khaṃtī |
nusadhiyāci karitī cāṃthī |
heṃhī nāhīṃ cittīṃ |
niścayo eku ||

*{Holding this view, these ruined souls of small understanding, of cruel deeds, arise as enemies for the destruction of the world. (16.9)}*
And they merely make idle disputes / through grief against God; / not even a single resolve / resides in their mind.
