2.177

dehī nityam avadhyo 'yaṃ dehe sarvasya bhārata
tasmāt sarvāṇi bhūtāni na tvaṃ śocitum arhasi
jeṃ sarvatra sarvahī dehīṃ |
jayā karitāṃhī ghātu nāhīṃ |
teṃ viśvātmaka tūṃ pāhīṃ |
caitanya eka ||

That which is everywhere in all bodies, / which cannot be destroyed even though one tries to kill it— / look upon that as the Self of the universe, / the one pure consciousness.
