mhaṇoni tūṃ jāṇa |
he sukhaduḥkhāṃsīca kāraṇa |
etha jhaṇeṃ aṃtaḥkaraṇa |
rigoṃ desī ||

Therefore know
that this is the cause of joy and sorrow;
do not, by any means, let your mind
enter into it.
